Return & Refund Policy

At KitchiqueStyle, we provide stylish and functional kitchenware for everyday use. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the terms below.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. They must be free from food residue, stains, odors, scratches, or wear and returned in original product packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required. Outer shipping boxes are not considered part of original packaging.

Kitchen tools and accessories including utensils, cookware, bakeware, cutting boards, and storage containers must be unused and unwashed. Items showing signs of food contact, heat exposure, or wear are not eligible for return. All accessories and inserts must be included.

Food-contact and hygiene-sensitive items such as drinkware, food containers, utensils, silicone items, and filters must be unopened and unused. Opened items are non-returnable for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Small kitchen appliances and gadgets may be opened only for basic inspection. Items must remain in like-new condition with no signs of use, residue, or damage and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Fragile items such as glassware, ceramic, porcelain, and stoneware must be returned in original protective packaging. Damage during return shipping may void refund eligibility.

Non-returnable items include used or washed items, hygiene-sensitive items once opened, customized products, digital products, final sale or clearance items, and gift cards.

To start a return, email shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Approved requests receive a Return Authorization number within 1–2 business days.

Items must be securely packaged and include the Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds take approximately 5–10 business days after approval, and Shop Pay or PayPal refunds take 3–5 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund.

International returns follow the same 30-day policy. Customers are responsible for shipping, customs, and duties unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners. All approved returns must comply with this policy.

Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return the item and place a new order.

Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in restricted or denied returns.

EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements.
